Refresh 2012 is an opportunity to encounter God, seek His will, and be refreshed through the active presence of the Holy Spirit.  Join us for an encouraging time of enjoying God's presence and seeking His face.  See the schedule below for more details.  Please  note: registration for this event is free, but because of limited space, we still need everyone who is planning to come to register.  You are responsible to make your own arrangements for acccommodation.

Leadership Team  

 

Tom Jackson,  Bible Teaching.  Tom will be hosting this event and teaching the Bible.  While our focus will be on running after God, we will explore a Biblical foundation for pursuing God, seeking both his Person and his Purpose.  

 

 

Ben Raper, Worship Leader.   Ben has been involved with CBU since the early 90's through mission trips, camps, and retreats.  An accomplished worship leader from Wilmington, NC, Ben loves Jesus and is sensitive to the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

 

 

 

 

Jim Jackson, Ministry Facilitator.  Do you remember the days when people would travel for hours to attend an event because they knew God would be there?  Jim does.  And he's keen to give God space to break into our lives afresh and anew.

Refresh 2012 will be held at Bonclarken Conference Center in Flat Rock, NC.

Schedule*

Friday Evening:

Registration:  6:00pm - 7:00pm.

Refresh Part 1:  7:00pm - 9:30pm.

Saturday Morming:  

Refresh Part 2:  9:00am - 10:30am

Refresh Part 3:  11:00am - 12:30pm

NOTES:

• Be sure to arrange accommodation nearby - see the link above for information.

• Plan to arrive no later than 6:00pm for a 7:00pm start on Friday evening.

• We'll meet together for worship, word, and prayer Friday evening and Saturday morning.  Bring a Bible, a notebook to jot down what God speaks to you, and come ready to worship and pray.

• The event will be concluded by lunch time on Saturday.

• This is a family-friendly event; we welcome families to come and seek God together.  Child care will not be provided; parents will be responsible for their chidlren at all times.
